Le Pavoncelle is the first home restored through the Timeless Homes project.
A fully independent historic residence, located in the ancient quarter of Cucureddu in Lotzorai, and restored in full respect of original techniques and materials.
The spaces are designed to welcome guests with simplicity and comfort, offering an authentic stay in balance between history, functionality and contemporary living.

The house is arranged over multiple levels and includes indoor and outdoor spaces designed to be lived in naturally, without rigid separation between everyday life and relaxation.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
A complete kitchen with appliances and utensils, designed to allow guests to cook and live the house independently, both indoors and outdoors.

Wi-Fi connection available throughout the house, ideal for remote working or staying connected during your stay.
PRIVATE COURTYARD
A spacious private outdoor courtyard with a rustic kitchen built according to the traditional staulo, a masonry barbecue and an outdoor dining area.

Private parking space available inside the courtyard, accessible via remote-controlled gate, as well as additional private parking in the immediate vicinity.
